    having real, honest conversations is the first step toward finding what matters to you, what's working and what's not. 


    in our initial conversation, we'll dive in and talk about goals, intentions, dreams. we'll also discuss what's frustrating, blocking or getting in the way of feeling free in your life or in business

  • awareness

    our dialogue will create the framework for prioiritizing what's important and how to get there.


    get ready. these conversations will be inspring and creative, but they also might hit really hard, and provoke a lot of changes that need to be made.


    but that's the point, right? we're not doing this so things to stay the same. we're moving forward

  • acceptance

    accept the things we can't change and change the things we can't accept, right?


    actually, we're gonna dive a little deeper. the process of acceptance is more effective than that. it turns out that we're always more powerful than we think, and by first learning to acceptance ourselves fully-by allowing all the good, the bad, the beautiful, the scary...


    this is the first step to fully realizing our power and becoming our full, true, authentic selves.

    so we'll make a plan:


    we'll identify the habits, systems, operations and daily implementation of making your life and work more efficient, effective and exciting!


    practicially, this might look like:


    • °discussing new habits for scheduling and communication

    • °deciding on helpful services to ease the workoad
    • °developing your brand or improving your website
    • °eliminating the things that are distracting you from what matters most to you

    i'll make plenty of recommendations for how to implement these changes and collaborate with folks in my network to make any changes you feel align the best!

  • actualization

    i believe you already have everything you need inside of you, but work is always easier and better when shared. 


    my job is to provide accountability and an outside perspective to help identify and address what's getting in the way but is hard to see.


    i'll be a sounding board and source of encouragement on your journey as we expand your network and utilize a broad range of tools. i'll walk along side you and help you stay accountable as you implement the changes and make sure you feel supported along the way.

i've never felt comfortable doing just one thing.


i've operated my own businesses, opened others and have accompanied even more ventures as they've started or grown.


i spent the early days of my career opening and cafes, restaurants and coffee roasting companies. i've worn many hats including owner, manager, coffee roaster, operations director and project manager. as a carpenter and woodworker i've designed and built many places of hospitality. and as an artist and musician my work always points toward care and reflection.


as my career progressed, i found that no matter what i was doing- whether i was designing a piece of furniture, taking care of a guest or developing a workflow-i love helped others through the act of making spaces, and this process always starts by making space within.


as i've learned to excel in combining these aspects of hospitality for ourselves and the people we serve, i've continually found myself in conversations with dreamers and leaders and creative folks, always working together to find ways to clarify and create our dreams.
